I have decided to partake in the 2009 Sydney Morning Herald Half Marathon to achieve a life-long dream of mine while all the while making an impact in the world, which is extremely important to me. I love running, but even more, I love people. Being a part of this will no doubt impact an exponential amount of lives.
A few things about me...
I am an international student at The University of Sydney hailing from the land of "America," but please, I am an Aussie at heart. I currently live in Sydney and work with World Vision Australia -> http://www.worldvision.com.au/
In July of this year I will begin my studies as a Masters of Human Rights student - so, in one sentence or less: You should sponsor my team and I because we love helping save lives and Malaria is ever-evolving and absolutely terrifying.
100% of the money raised on this site goes towards purchasing nets - each net costs $5 or $6 USD.
Thanks for all your support! You will have made a difference in someone's life.
Cheers!
