Hi Everyone,
My name is Bodhi Maeder and I am representing the Pembroke Year 6 students. Every year we have the opportunity to to help raise funds for different organisations and charities.
This year I would love the school, its kids and their families to support Auzzie Mozzie by raising money to buy mosquito nets for kids at risk from Malaria. Malaria is the leading cause of death in Africa for children under 5 and we can help these kids by buying mossie nets for them.
An African child dies every 30 seconds from malaria, that means our 2 year 6 class rooms would be empty in less than half an hour. Imagine that!
Let's work to reach a target of 100 nets. That would save the lives of 5 children.
We can do it...Yes we can!
